三維人股份有限公司（以下簡稱「3drens」或「我們」）歡迎您使用「3drens TMS」軟體系統（以下簡稱「 TMS」），我們同時非常重視  貴公司與您的員工（包括但不限於物流司機員、配送人員等）（以下合稱「您」）的隱私權且亦嚴格遵循「個人資料保護法」及其他隱私權保障之相關規定，並為了讓您能夠安心使用 TMS 的各項服務與資訊，茲制訂本隱私權保護政策，保障您的權益，請您詳閱下列內容：

3DRENS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "3drens" or "we") welcomes you to use the "3drens TMS" software system (hereinafter referred to as "TMS"). We highly value the privacy of your company and your employees (including but not limited to logistics drivers and delivery personnel) (collectively referred to as "you") and strictly adhere to the "Personal Data Protection Act" and other relevant privacy protection regulations. To ensure that you can use the services and information of TMS with peace of mind, we have formulated this Privacy Policy to protect your rights. Please read the following carefully:

1. 本隱私權保護政策將可能隨著 TMS 的擴充，而調整與變更，建議您應請定期查詢及閱讀。本隱私權保護政策將規範，我們透過TMS 所取得和您有關的資料、運用方式及 3drens 對於隱私權保護所做的有關聲明。如果您不同意本隱私權保護政策時，請立即停止瀏覽或使用 TMS 所提供的服務，否則即表示您已經明確了解並同意接受以下所有規範，並同意我們蒐集、處理、利用及國際傳輸您的個人資料。

This Privacy Policy may be adjusted and changed as TMS expands, and we recommend that you periodically check and read it. This Privacy Policy governs the data we obtain about you through TMS, the ways we use it, and the statements 3drens makes regarding privacy protection. The content of the Privacy Policy includes how TMS handles personally identifiable data collected when you use the website services. The Privacy Policy does not apply to related linked websites outside of TMS, nor does it apply to personnel not entrusted or involved in the management of TMS.

When you browse TMS or use the functional services provided by TMS, we may collect the following data from you or through suppliers, depending on the relationship between you and 3drens:

1. 如果是寄件人，我們將蒐集姓名、地址、電話等託運所需資料。

If you are the sender, we will collect information necessary for consignment such as name, address, and phone number.

2. 如果與我們簽有運輸協議書，除前述資料外，我們還有可能蒐集您或您員工的國民身分證影本及存摺封面影本等。

If there is a transportation agreement signed with us, in addition to the aforementioned data, we may also collect a copy of your or your employees' national ID card and bankbook cover.

3. 如果是收件人，我們將從寄件人處取得姓名、電話、地址、代收貨款金額等資料。

If you are the recipient, we will obtain information such as name, phone number, address, and cash on delivery amount from the sender.

4. 如果是相關業務之外包人力，我們將從第三人處取得您的個人資料，其內容可能包括但不限於姓名、出生年月日、身份證統一編號、電話、地址及社會活動、電子郵件信箱、學歷、資格或技術、專長、現行受僱情形、工作經驗。

If related business manpower is outsourced, we will obtain your personal data from third parties, which may include but are not limited to name, date of birth, ID number, phone number, address, social activities, email address, education, qualifications or skills, expertise, current employment status, and work experience.

5. 另外依照使用TMS服務之過程，可能會蒐集、處理、利用或國際傳輸，包括但不限於公司名稱、密碼、電腦或行動應用裝置之軟硬體規格、裝置辨識資料、IP 位址、GPS定位資訊等資料。

Additionally, during the use of TMS services, we may collect, process, use, or internationally transfer data including but not limited to company name, password, computer or mobile device hardware and software specifications, device identification data, IP address, and GPS location information.

1. 蒐集之目的包括但不限於為提供、維持提供TMS服務所必需、使用者介面或體驗優化、數據分析、為進行行程及物流速度之優化、提供技術支援及資安保護等目的。

The purposes of collection include but are not limited to providing and maintaining the necessary TMS services, optimizing user interface or experience, data analysis, optimizing routing and logistics speed, providing technical support, and ensuring information security.

2. 於一般瀏覽及使用時，伺服器會自行記錄相關行徑，包括您使用連線設備的IP位址、使用時間、使用的瀏覽器、瀏覽及點選資料記錄、Cookie等，相關資料僅會用來提供您更適性化的服務，並改善 TMS 的效能與體驗。

During general browsing and use, the server will automatically record related activities, including the IP address of the device you use, usage time, browser type, browsing and click records, and cookies. This data is only used to provide you with more personalized services and to improve the performance and experience of TMS.

3. 您同意 3drens 將蒐集到的資訊為以下利用：

You agree that 3drens may use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. 與提供運送服務相關，或是為提升、改進我們服務之提供，或與客戶溝通、傳遞訊息所必須者。

Related to providing delivery services, enhancing or improving our service provision, or necessary communication and information transmission with customers.

2. 可能基於共同行銷之目的，在適當且必要的範圍內將會員及客戶資料予以揭露、轉介或交換予 3drens所屬其他網站及友站、關係企業及業務合作夥伴交互運用，但資料應妥善運用及管理，且 3drens 所屬其他網站及友站、關係企業及業務合作夥伴會確保您所提供之所有資料皆於本隱私權保護政策之目的範圍內利用。

For the purpose of joint marketing, disclose, refer, or exchange member and customer data within the appropriate and necessary scope for mutual use by other websites, affiliate sites, affiliated companies, and business partners of 3drens. The data should be properly utilized and managed, and other websites, affiliate sites, affiliated companies, and business partners of 3drens will ensure that all data you provide is used within the scope of this Privacy Policy.

3. 基於法院命令或法律程序要求，3drens 負有揭露義務時，3drens 會將相關個人資料適度揭露給有關機關。

2. 如您拒絕，當你使用TMS時，我們不會追蹤你的資訊。我們會在你的瀏覽器使用絕對必要的cookies用作記得您偏好不被追蹤，惟可能致TMS全部或部分功能無法正常執行。
